5 races in 5 days through 5 adventure regions of Terra Raetica!

A completely new format in trail running, somewhat reminiscent of the Tour de France. Participants run the most beautiful trail running routes through the 5 adventure regions of Kaunertal, Tyrolean Oberland, Engadin, Nauders and Reschensee – each between 15 and 27 km long, with 1,100 to 1,700 metres of elevation gain. There is certainly no other event with such spectacular and varied landscapes along its routes. An absolute highlight for every trail runner.

TRT is particularly distinguished by its event and festival atmosphere. After all, participants run and experience 5 races in 5 days through 5 adventure regions of the “Terra Raetica”.

The Three-Country Corner offers the perfect conditions for trail running “on top”.

“Unique running gems on almost untouched trails, surrounded by countless peaks over 3,000 metres, are extremely rare,” enthuse the route designers about the conditions in the Three-Country Corner. In addition to the spectacular scenery, the fascinating historical and cultural environment of the “Terra Raetica” is a true novelty in the trail running scene.

5 individual races, 5 individual rankings and one overall ranking!

Each race covers between 15 and 27 km with 1,100 to 1,700 metres of elevation gain, until the winners take to the podium at the end of the week. However, it is also possible to participate in just a single race. The following races all start at the same time, at 09:30:

• 29 June Feichten: Thomas Penz Höhenweg
• 30 June Ried: Anton-Renk-Trail
• 1 July Samnaun: Samnaun Trail
• 2 July Nauders: Nauderer Höhenweg
• 3 July Graun: Reschensee Trail

Tour Festival with short distances and a “Green Guide”

As usual, the tour starts in the Kaunertal. From there, it continues through the Tyrolean Oberland and Nauders to Samnaun, before finishing in Reschensee.

The locations for the daily events have been selected so that nothing stands in the way of a Tour Festival with short transfer distances – quite literally.

Transfer times between the individual locations are very short, and all destinations can also be reached excellently by public transport.

A “Green Guide” will also be available in good time for the festival, providing participants with tips for sustainable travel to the event and environmentally friendly mobility throughout the week.
