Pacours Rules
3 Länder Bogenpark
Compliance with the course rules set out below must be accepted by each archer by means of their signature and must be strictly adhered to. Compliance with the rules will be monitored by the course operator. Failure to comply with the course rules will result in immediate expulsion from the archery facility.
Each archer is responsible for complying with the safety rules. Each archer may only participate in archery with valid liability insurance.
The archery range is equipped with 3D animals. Red-white-red marking arrows guide the way from station to station. This path may only be walked in the prescribed direction.
People who are not participating in archery are specifically requested not to leave the footpath on the hillside side under any circumstances, so that they do not enter a potentially dangerous area. Clearly visible warning signs along the footpath must also be observed.
Beginners to archery are not permitted to use the course without trained supervision. The tourist board organises weekly archery events for beginners, which interested archers can attend without their own equipment.
Rules:
Entry in the course book
Entries must be made in the course book before the start of the archery round so that subsequent archers have an overview of who is on the course at the same time. By entering their name in the course book, archers also confirm that they have read and understood the course and safety rules for shooting. The book is located in the course box at the practice area.
Fee for using the archery range
In order to maintain the course annually and create new targets, archers are asked to pay a course fee at the visible cash desk (at the practice area/course box). The course fee entitles you to enter the archery course from sunrise to sunset. The fee must be paid at the same time as you sign the course book before the archery round. All prices at a glance.
Children are not allowed to shoot alone on the course
For safety reasons, children under the age of 14 are never allowed to shoot alone on a course. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must sign to confirm that they accept responsibility for ensuring that the child complies with the course rules.n.
Shooting at the targets is only permitted from the firing pegs
No archer may draw their bow with an arrow nocked without standing at the shooting peg. They must aim in the direction of the 3D animal stand after ensuring that the shooting area in front of, behind and next to the 3D animal stand is clear.
No shooter may approach the 3D animal stand until all shooters at that shooting range have finished shooting.
Schieße nur auf die vorgesehenen Ziele
You must only shoot at the targets. It is strictly forbidden to shoot at any targets other than the designated target facilities!
Only shoot at the designated targets
Special attention must be paid to people, hikers and walkers who are in the vicinity of the shooting range. If people are spotted at the archery range, shooting must be stopped immediately until they have left the danger zone.
No shooting at dusk
If visibility is impaired, e.g. due to twilight or fog, shooting must be suspended for safety reasons.
When searching for arrows, place the bow in front of the target
Anyone looking for their arrows may need to show subsequent archers that someone is behind the target. Either someone should stand in front of the target, or you should lean your bow visibly in front of the target.
Broken arrows and rubbish are taken away
Anyone who shoots arrows that are damaged must take them away with them and dispose of them themselves, as must the packaging of snacks and drinks bottles.
Alcohol and smoking ban
Alcohol may not be consumed before or during archery, and smoking is also prohibited throughout the entire archery grounds.
Do not cause any damage
Handle the 3D targets with care. If a dummy animal is no longer standing upright, it is helpful for other archers and the course operator if you use the available means to put it back in place.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash.
